This is located in the middle of the town.
There is a good local service to York via Knaresborough, Cattal (stop off at the Victoria pub which is right by the station) and Kirk Hammerton (a lovely village with a fascinating old church which dates back to the ninth century).
The train will also take you into the centre of Leeds either for a day trip, so you can look round this city with fabulous shops (try the Victoria arcade or Harvey Nichols), or catch your connection home from Leeds city rail station.
The service is regular, with trains running usually every hour or on a more frequent basis.
This is also situated centrally in the town (On Station Parade).
Buses run to many outlying towns and villages including Wetherby and Boroughbridge.

There is also a popular Dales service bus which run on Sundays throughout the year.
For example, Bus 24 runs from Harrogate to Pateley Bridge,
Bus 805 from Leeds via Ilkley, Grassington, Kettlewell, Aysgarth and Hawes.
